Payment and Refund Policy

Payment:

Any person who requires assistance in understanding any aspect of this document should contact VBN accounts on 33909599-17601420.

As payment will be made online, it is important that you enter all the required information accurately. The information provided will be treated in the strictest confidence. We do not share any data to any third parties. All data is held on a secure server.

All payments are required to be made within 7 days from the date of the invoice. Payments can be submitted via valid payment cards (credit and/or debit cards).

Payment methods: VBN accepts monthly payments except the last term (April-May-June) that should be paid in full in advance by end of March.

Registration fee should be paid annually to reserve a place for your child.

When you make a transaction through VBN mobile application, you agree on the amount stated.

Once payment is made, you will receive an email acknowledging the exact details of your transaction with a payment code and the amount paid that will be debited from your payment card.

If a payment is overdue and/or failed to be paid, VBN reserves the express right to terminate the childenrollment, until full payment is made.

Extra payments – Any payment undertaken by VBN apart from other fixed fees such as and not limited to: Field trips, extra hours, extra uniform will be billed. Such payments should be made payable with immediate effect.

If the child joins during the first two week of a month, full month payment will be charged. If the child joins during the last two weeks of a month, half month payment will be charged.

If the child did not attend a particular monthdue to an emergency, travel and/or sickness (proof of which should be submitted to the office); payment of that month can be brought forward to the next month.

VBN reserves the right to reject any payment by you at any time and at our sole discretion.

Refund Policy:

Refund Request Form (will be referred to, hereinafter, as RRF) should be filled out outlining the reason and supported by documentary evidence/s.

Refunds will only be made in Bahraini Dinars.

Refunds will only be made by direct deposit into a bank account mentioned in

RRF available in the accounts department.

Registration fee is not refundable and is applicable for the assigned school year only.

In case of child withdrawal:

  • Uniform fee is refundable if the uniform was NOT USED.
  • Tuition fee is refundable if the child DID NOT ATTEND AT ALL.
  • If the child withdrew during the last term, tuition fee is refundable for the month/months the child would not attend. No fractions of a month will be calculated.

If the child did not attend the last month due to an emergency, travel and/or sickness (proof of which should be submitted to the office); payment of that month is refundable.

Any refund will be paid after 4 weeks from the withdrawal date.

In the unlikely event of wrong invoice, VBN will be deemed responsible to bring forward or refund the extra amount.

Field trip fee is refundable, if the child DID NOT GO.
